Description

This vehicle has been seen parking overnight frequently along the 30th block of 18th Avenue S. The driver appears to be a woman in her 40's-50's. However, she leaves and enters the sedan frequently throughout the night and it's mostly leaving her car and walking North of 18th. There seems to be a male that arrives and leaves with her in the car; some nightse the male stays in car overnight while shleaves and comes back. The vehicle takes off in the morning just before noon but no one is seen entering car as if they live around here. I suspect they have already entered car in the early morning hours and probably sleptin car until just before noon. Something isn't quite right here; I doubt they live around here. hs j m
