To the person who posted this - thx. Code enforcement came by on Saturday and said that they wont pick it up as it's on private property. Of course nobody knows who Owns that place. Anyways I was told that if it was on the pavement it would b picked up. Well it's on the pavement this am and I've texted the city to come get it. Cheers
