Odd side parking on clark street. tow 'em away!

Personally it enrages me that residents have been bending over backwards to comply with this parking ban and not only have we yet to see a plow but the four or five odd side parking spaces closest to christopher martins happen to be occupied. Where are the tow trucks?!?!?

I also reported this address for the wall of now blocking the sidewalk. It appears to have been left when the driveway was plowed, so anyone on the sidewalk gets trapped at this address.
