I noticed the same thing last Friday in my neighborhood and I have never had a problem with the guys before. In fact the garbage collection crew seems to be the most well run group of city employees we have. Its as if they have incentives to work hard(I know they do!)
I was driving away from the house and noticed trash/recycling all over the street, up and down the street.
