Description

Can anything be done about people illegally dumping their trash at this site, especially since the crew has halted construction on this property? Yesterday, a group in a blue SUV (Volvo, maybe) came and dumped a bunch of trash, including two mattresses into this dumpster. They sped off as soon as they realized I saw them.
