Is that your car GL? May I make some suggestions for how the driver (assuming it isn't you) can help improve our neighborhood? Just because there is snow and ice on the ground does not mean that respect for the personal property of our neighborhood is moot. And for all of the complaints and hand wringing we've had to do lately about plowing, making it so that the plow can't pass by (among others who attempted to do so after the fact) makes the issue of snow removal on our block that much worse. The driver of the aforementioned car can try a couple of things - be more considerate of others; park a little further from their house where a more appropriate parking space is available; or take a driving course and learn the rules and methods of parallel parking.

Is that your car GL? Maybe a parallel parking class for starters? I know that parking is super tough on our street, but that doesn't mean parking disregarding personal property is alright. And for all of the complaints lodged on this site and others about the Citys ability to plow maybe the driver could have parked at a location a little farther from their house. Is that unreasonable?
