Thank you for submitting this issue. We will look into it right away. We are working to get this repaired as soon as possible. we were trying to give you guys access to water until repairs are done, but if you prefer me to turn it off I can do that for you today.

Thanks Mr. Hart and I think most logical residents would prefer that the water stay on. Perhaps a sign stating that the city is aware of the problem and working on it would be helpful to have in place on future issues such as this one.
