Caller stated: "someone has dumped aluminum or vinyl siding by the side of the road on Bear Hill Road south of the Katchen Coley property. It is up past the power lines, where the road makes a sharp turn to the right, overlooking reservoir. There is a good-sized pile. It really should be removed as it’s a hazard to wildlife and hikers."
