catch basins are needed along the left side of the street. People living in the apartments are littering and debris is getting into the drains, cups bags cans bottles and plates, which will cause major problems in the near future. Please help keep our Eastpoint neighborhood clean.

There won't be any catch basin installed by the City. If the lot owners of this development have plans when the construction of home restarts and they have catch basins installation on the plans, then that will be addressed.
As far as the trash, the Public Works Department can only follow up on discharged trash pickup. We work diligently picking up discharged trash and will continue to do so.
