Despite DPW's insistence that the snow emergency has magically disappeared - there is still lots and lots of snow all over the place on Clark Street and other streets all over the City. Calling it over doesn't make it happen - there has to be a better way to get snow off our streets than hoping and praying for warm sunny days.
